Hello There!

My name is David and I live in gorgeous Phoenix Arizona! I am a super active guy that has many hobbies. I love mountain biking, kayaking, rollerblading, tennis, and anything else outdoors. I am a single Dad to a wonderful son that I share these activities with, and we definitely have a blast!

I have always been thin and athletic. However, once I started approaching my 30's I starting gaining weight. Unfortunately the weight gathered mostly in my belly and sides (aka: love handles).

I did not like the feeling of my belly fat, so I decided to do something about it. After reading tons and tons of B.S. from the internet, I wrongfully thought that my active lifestyle was enough cardio for me. So I tried some Abs exercises that I found on the internet. I did these spot toning exercises for several months, but I did not notice my belly fat shrinking. I definitely felt stronger, but my belly seemed even bigger. Finally I found that spot toning is not an affective approach. After about a year and a half of research and experimentation I learned the best way to get rid of the unwanted fat.

I have 3 real passions in life: Self Improvement, Helping Others, and Freedom! As for my self improvement, I am constantly evolving to become a better person emotionally and physically. I feel my progress has been great, so I decide to help others....and so gave birth to this website. I wanted to create a free website that is stacked full of information that can help people lose weight and get in awesome shape. The way that I feel when I am in good shape is absolutely fantastic. It makes me full of energy and gives me a very positive spirit. This is the way that I want you to feel!

I knew nothing about building web pages, I didn't know where to start. So I did a ton of research to read all about building and owning a website.
