How do you battle your beer gut and win? There is a way to beet your beer gut. Doing only sit-ups will not help. You need to understand that the only way to lose your beer gut is to lose your body fat in your entire body. Heres How!
1. Start making Healthy Eating Choices. Quit eating junk foods and sugars. Slow down or quit drinking alcohol. Focus on eating good quality foods!
2. Start exercising. Good, quality cardio workouts are the only way to burn up all those calories that turned into useless fat! Do these cardio workouts 4 or 5 days a week.
3. Strength Training! Start turning that fat into muscle. Do these exercises 3 times a week.
4. Stick with it! Make sure that you stick with the program. Results can vary from person to person. Most people start to notice results after a couple of weeks. The important thing is to stick with it. Even after your beer gut is gone, keep making the right eating choices and keep exercising. That will keep your beer gut gone forever!
