Exercise Music Exposed!

Exercise music is a key factor on trimming down your weight and getting in killer shape! Picking the best type of cardio workout music will help you succeed while keeping you motivated and positive!

Losing weight should never be boring! Especially with all of that extra energy that you will gain from the exercises. If you start getting bored, than you will feel the urge to quit working out. Then guess what happens….all the pounds fly back on, and the lack of energy returns, and your confidence disappears.

So, How Do You Keep Motivated? The answer is…Listen To Some Awesome Exercise Music while you are working out! Listen to some music that is full of energy, upbeat, and catchy! There is a reason why the song “Eye of the tiger” by Survivor (look it up on youtube) is on the movie Rocky. Because that song rocks….and it is motivating!

What music should you pick while working out? The answer to that question is different for everybody. For me, I am a hard rock and heavy metal fan…..so I have a workout playlist on my Ipod that includes: Slayer, Metallica, Disturbed, Dream Theater, Godmack, Nickelback, and others! I hand picked the most energetic and upbeat songs from their albums.

I suggest you can either make up your own playlist, or you can buy a pre-packaged “Exercise Music” CD! I have found a website that specializes in “cardio workout music!” I have personally bought CD’s from them. They offer a wide range that has something for everyone, no matter what your music preference.
