Follow This Routine For Six Pack Abs!
Yay! You made the decision to get some six pack abs……so…now what? There are soooo many abs gizmos and gimmicks out there…..what do you do? Who do you believe? Well let me give you a secret! Getting a set of 6 pack abs will not cost you a bunch of money. No need to buy any special equipment. All you need is your own body weight and tons of motivation!
The first thing to understand is that you can not spot tone your body. What this means is that doing a bunch of abs exercises will not get you a 6 pack. Strength exercises build the muscle underneath the fat. First you need to lose the fat all over your body.

Ok, now follow these steps for success.
Step 1: Eat Healthy!
Making better food choices will be the first step. Once you get this under control, you will be amazed at how good you will feel and how much weight you will start to lose!
*Stop eating fast food. Don’t just cut down, but STOP eating that junk! Its full of fats and preservatives and chemicals.
*Eat 6 meals a day! This balances your metabolism and makes it work more efficiently.
*Focus on Power Foods! Almonds, Beans, Berries, Eggs, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Veggies, Turkey and other lean meats, Whole grain breads and cereals.
*Don’t Over Eat! Most people are in the habit of eating until all the food is gone from their plate. Don’t do that. Eat until your not hungry anymore. Do not eat until your stuffed!

Step 2: Cardio Exercise!
Cardio exercise is the next important step to getting your six pack abs. Don’t forget, it is impossible to spot tone just your midsection. The only way to succeed is to lose your body fat! I have good news for you. There is no need to spend an hour at the stuffy old gym. No need to go jogging for 5 miles. No need for the typical boring moderate level cardio. I will show you an awesome workout that will take you 20 minutes or less, but will kick your butt! You will want to do this routine 4 to 5 days a week.
*Make sure you stretch really good. Then take a 5 minute jog to warm up.
*Do a 50 yard wind sprint. Rest for 20 seconds.
*Do some push-ups. The number of pushups depends on your strength. You really need to push yourself and your limits. So do as many as you can until your arms shake. Then rest for about 5 seconds and do more.
*Get up and do some Squats. Using only your own body weight, do 2 sets of 50 squats. Rest for 30 seconds.
*Pull ups. Again, depending on your strength…do as many as you possibly can.
*Do a 50 yard sprint. Rest for 30 seconds.
*Do 50 lunges.
*Rest for 45 seconds. And start the routine over again.
Remember, the key is to have small rest periods in between your workouts! And another secret is to change up the routine every day. Just make sure that you alternate between your arms and legs. For example, Do pushups (arm exercise), then do squats (leg exercise), then pull-ups (back to arms).
This high intensity workout will kick the crap out of your typical boring workout and you will be amazed at how fast your results will be! Remember, the secret to your six pack abs success is to lose your body fat so that your muscles can develop and show through!
Step 3: Abs Strength Exercises!
The next step to getting your six pack abs is to strengthen your abs muscles. There are a few things to remember when it comes to abs exercises. First thing is that you want to have a variation in your workout. Keep it different and keep your body guessing. Second thing is that you need to dig deep and push yourself. It is to easy to stop once your muscles start burning. But easy wont give you a 6 pack. You need to push yourself past the burn.

Step 4: Stick With It!
This is the step that most people will not do! I know tons of people that do the routine for a month or two and don’t get the results they want, so they quit. Well let me tell you…..you need to be patient with the results. You need to understand that six pack abs take time and effort to develop. Stick with this routine and you will have the abs of your dreams.
